Is this filter fake?
After running 8 gallons through this filter. My water was still measuring 230-212ppm of the contaminants in my water. The water didn't taste clean at all. Couldn't tell the difference between my tap water and this filtered water. In my opinion the filter is fake as it doesn't filter like the first filter I buy when I buy the whole system. I would like someone from their company to contact me.
