We bought these for use in our small classrooms to allow easy access to a WiFi signal. Whether via PoE or with the supplied power adapter directly on our switch, these devices are an absolute waste of money. They require an almost daily feeding cycle to make them responsive, they break bonds and are difficult to handle. They are meant to be set up, activated and then left alone because they are meant to just WORK. It's annoying to set up, they lose their configurations and JUST NOT WORK. Avoid this at all costs. Serious surprise that Cisco did something similar. We have updated the firmware and tried all recommended procedures to fix these issues but nothing helped. The reality is that they shouldn't have these problems. Get this solid CISCO!
