A good, environmentally friendly replacement for paper towels

I bought them at first because the supermarket didn't have paper towels. However, I really started to enjoy them and while I feared they would be difficult to use, they really aren't! I use them, they get dirty and I just throw them in the washing machine. In fact, they can hold a lot of liquid, which is nice too. Update: We've been using them for a few months now. They still work just like they did when we bought them. They hold up too, there are no gaps or anything like that. We actually bought an extra pack so we can stop killing trees with the amount of shears we used before.
