Very effective for kitchen and table linen

Ideal for back/hip pain. I used regular chair cushions for my work chair before I got this one and I could really tell a difference once I started using it. The pillow is very comfortable. You really hardly notice it's there. I do have a small issue with it slipping and bouncing a bit and needing adjustment but not too much. I would definitely recommend this.
