I own five scooters, this is my only Gotrax. I wish I would have bought more of them. The battery life is great, and the security features are terrific and make it easy to bring the scooter around the city and lock it up (alarm+cable lock that is built in). My wife and I can go on long rides, up and down hills with no problems other than slight deceleration which is expected ( I am about 190lbs). On flat surfaces, I can get the scooter to about 20 mph. Overall, the ride is super smooth too. I really love the pneumatic tires as they just seem to give a smoother ride. I haven't had to change a tire yet so I cannot speak to that experience but it doesn't seem too difficult. Overall, I wish I would've bought at least two of these to add to the family scooter fleet.
