Good product. Easy to use. Users liked the ease of use. but

Products worked well. Easy setting. Easy to use. Easy to connect, turn on and off. We returned this product and the CSE-100 for one reason. USB 2 does not have enough bandwidth to display HD video. We have laptops that play better than others, but even USB 3 laptops cannot provide enough bandwidth over a USB 2 clickshare dongle. Either the video was a little choppy, or individual frames froze, causing the sound to stutter. But it's very distracting. If you don't like watching videos, this is a fantastic device that will serve you well.
