Package came with igniter, ballast and power cable and was neatly assembled along with a nice company info card if you need to email them. It didn't look like the power wire actually connected to my headlight, but I only needed the ballast and igniter, so that worked for me. If you also need a power cable I would definitely check your headlight assembly to see if it will fit. Installation is simple and very easy, and once installed, the D2S bulb lights up with no issues. Been driving for a while and haven't noticed any flickering or start lag. If there are any problems in the future I will definitely update this review.
