Don't waste your money, customer service won't help you

I'm so disappointed. I bought this puzzle after assembling two others that came out beautifully. Although the puzzle was solved exactly as instructed, it didn't work after completing it. The needle arm is attached incorrectly and the turntable rotates in the wrong direction. I contacted the company and received a reply email but heard nothing. For almost 100€ I expected more. I am so terribly disappointed.
