Such a time saver! At some point in my cats' lives they stopped drinking water from a bowl. They only wanted to drink tap water. I tried an expensive recirculating fountain that ran for a few days until they stopped drinking from it. No matter how clean I kept it, they didn't have it. waste of money. Their urine was getting high in ammonia, so I knew they were dehydrated. I had to give them tap water. Eventually I had an idea for something similar that could handle that for me. This works GREAT! Actually this is my 2nd one. I damaged the first one trying to move it to another house. But it was working great before I damaged it. While it's not the prettiest, the functionality is amazing if you're a cat owner. Very easy to install. It only took me 2 minutes to show them how to use it and they got it right away. I keep the faucet low so only a small trickle comes out when in use. That's all they need and you're not wasting water that way. Now they get water whenever they want, which saves me from standing and waiting while they drink. Luckily my main bathroom has 2 sinks so one sink is for the cats and the other for me and my business. I would recommend it to anyone with cats who refuse to drink from a bowl!
