5 stars for all product and customer support. The product is described in detail in the description, nothing is missing. You get what you get. I don't recommend this for beginners. As per one of the other reviews, if you are a beginner you will have a little problem. I had a problem with the CD that came with it, because who uses CDs these days? They have Dropbox support for what's on the CD and that was great. The only other issue I had was that either the IMG file or the WinDisk Imager would get stuck at 5% during the imaging process. I had to use Etcher on my Mac (Mac support not available from the provided Dropbox) which IMG was then able to put on the provided SD card. The assembly is pretty easy, the product is solid and leaves you the opportunity to add something beautiful. Customer support is incredibly helpful. They will answer all your questions as needed. There is a grammar problem but it's not a problem, they can help and explain the problem clearly. For all my problems listed above, they were helpful in a timely manner and showed me how to solve my problems. The only negative I have to say is the paper document they provide with all the setup information and wifi information. The thing is, the font is so damn small it's hard to read. I'm not short-sighted. I could only read it by photographing and enlarging it with my phone.
