As a person who frequently purchases for such items, I was eager to give Chenyang Electronics a try. My interactions with them were frustrating and unsatisfactory. In the first place, they don't have nearly as many options as competing electronics retailers. While they advertise a large variety of devices, I only found the most basic and outmoded models. In addition, the few things I did buy from them were of poor quality. They were not what I would have expected from a firm that markets itself as providing high-quality gadgets, as they broke easily and malfunctioned frequently. Chenyang Electronics also failed to impress with its customer service. Despite their boasts, I found their customer service to be unreachable and ineffective. I had a hard time reaching them, and when I did, they seemed uninterested in helping me out. Their prices are higher than those at other electronic retailers. Surprisingly, given the low quality of their wares, they charged higher costs than competing establishments for equivalent items. Those in need of high-quality equipment and dependable customer service should go further than Chenyang equipment. There are superior alternatives on the market, and they pale in comparison to the competition.
