I threw up 😷 in vitamins, minerals and supplements

This was my first time using 5-HTP so I didn't know what to expect. I took the recommended amount of 2 capsules. After 30 minutes I was very irritable and nauseous. I could not rest or sit/lie still. It was a horrible experience. I'm glad I bought one of the cheaper brands otherwise I would have been very disappointed and upset.
