I like how easy it was set up with their team! They were very responsive when setting everything out together ahead of us getting started so we could get an idea what they would do before actually starting work ourselves (which helped immensely). Their billing structure makes sense - monthly fees make perfect financial math compared to large upfront costs or ongoing expenses associated w/ other providers who charge per agent instead of fixed rates. It's great working directly wtih them rather than having another vendor handle all my needs from start-up through implementation & training sessions -- which are often difficult enough without adding additional vendors into mix :).
