Pretty good filter for people who drive a lot and/or in dusty places. Installing the filter on my 2011 Ford Ranger was tricky but not complicated. Although it's advertised as washing every 10,000 miles, I usually do it every 2-3,000 because it's a finer filter. Also, I work in a dusty area in the Southwest and want to make sure my filter is flowing well and that dust isn't getting into the oil. If you are interested in keeping your car for a long time, or if you enjoy working on your car and doing a basic adjustment every 2 oil changes, then this filter is for you!
