OMG This product is great but the customer service is GREAT! I received a defective device, but this happens. it might have been damaged in transit, or maybe it was just a bad thing, I don't want to say anything negative in this review AT ALL! I emailed the seller and received a response within minutes! They replaced the item right away, asked no questions, were incredibly friendly, and checked in to make sure I was happy with the entire transaction! I've never seen a company go so far as to make sure their customers are happy. The device itself is amazing. It has a stretchy, adjustable collar that fits both my 5 lb Chihuahua and 55 lb American Bulldog (I only tried it on her because of this review). My chihuahua barked all the time. now she can bark, but the collar will quickly correct her. Much more humane (in my opinion) than the stun collar or spray gun I was using when she started her 10 minute bark. And there is no "fear factor" here, he just makes a noise that annoys her like her barking annoys ME! I would definitely buy anything from this seller. I would give them 10 stars if I could! I would recommend it to anyone who has a yuppie dog. Thank you Barry you gave my family's ears a much needed break LOL!
