Although I don't always manage to organize my workspace completely, the nature of my work makes me want to at least try. Over the years I've tried pretty much every device imaginable, and most of them just didn't do what I expected them to. At first this option seemed too complicated to me, but I decided to try it. Bostitch is one of the most well-known brands when it comes to office supplies, especially staplers, so I had high expectations. The idea turns out to be simpler than it first appears. They start with an extruded aluminum rail that can be extended if needed. The bar can be placed at the back of your desk, mounted on a wall, hung over a cube wall or used on a slatted wall. This makes it very versatile. The splint has a very high quality finish, I would call it office class. You can add all sorts of useful accessories to it simply by hanging it on the edge of the rail. I have similar systems in my workshop, so I'm familiar with the idea. Out of all this is by far the most reliable I've seen and it's clearly built for long-term use. Some examples of available accessories, particularly those in my kit, are a tape dispenser, a paperclip holder, a smartphone. The charging station and note holder are very important for my work. What sets them apart is that they include the signature magic ribbon in the dispenser, a notepad and even a power bank and cable for the charging station. Also included are various mounting brackets to get you started. As if that weren't enough, the rail is designed to allow easily accessible cables to pass through a rubberized gap at any point. This helps eliminate one of the main causes of clutter on any desk - cables. This product is well made and very practical. Of course there are better table accessories, for example the tape dispenser is a bit fiddly and I have to use two hands most of the time. The clip dispenser is too deep for this purpose, but I use it for pens and touchscreen styluses and it's perfect for that. This is a good concept that I will add more accessories to.
