I like that they have so many different ways you can segment your users! You could also do A/A testing with them as well which was very helpful in helping us understand what our customers were looking for when it came time of making decisions about upgrades or changes we wanted made within one product vs another (and then implement those). It's not easy getting everyone onboarded into using this tool - but once people get used to how things work internally there are no issues anymore from my experience thus far working here :) We've been able solve some problems around customer support needs through influencers who help drive awareness by sharing content out via social media channels such Instagram & Facebook etc..
