Review on SynapseMX by Iration Mccall

Everything! It is an extremely user friendly application which lets you perform many functions quickly, such as tracking customer feedback/complaints for our fleet service centre or managing time off requests for other field teams - this has been made very easy by being able to set up custom rules straight away without having anyone teaching me how they work (which may have taken hours!). The system also reminds of customers if their services are coming close so that there can be no surprises when we visit them next month etceteraetcetc. If I am given 10 tasks each week at one location i only need 1 toolbox whereas previously all my tools would require two bins!! This really saves space too. !! Other than saving us much more storage needed with lots less equipment required now (no extra bin baggies) everything else seems great though some people will think differently because things could always improve but nothing majorly negative. The ease of use and the ability to get the job done right the first time. As a general aviation mechanic, I can see how this would be helpful. I have not found anything to dislike. I would like to see more functionality with the mobile version. I would recommend this to anyone. I am able to do my job and keep up with my fleet. I have been able to improve my productivity.
