Great Product For New Instrument Rated Pilots & Private Jet Owners

This program is very easy for new pilots or those who are just getting started with their instrument rating (IR) training, as well as anyone that needs some extra help during an IFR flight! There isn't much of anything bad about this product; however, there might be something you don’t know how to do yet with synamxmx. They have great customer service so if they ever can answer my questions when i need them most – which has been rare since we live all over the country now but still get into…

  • I like that synamixm is easy to use and very efficient for the most part

  • I think synamixm could be a bit more user friendly for those who are not familiar with it

Very Pleased With Automate Platform

I enjoy that you can do everything under one roof, including scheduling work orders for multiple technicians which helps with project management! For ease of use & reporting capabilities this is by far my favorite platform out there right now (or anytime). The system seems slow at times causing me to lose track or jump between screens/tabs when entering information into forms etc.. This could be improved upon but overall its very user friendly as long as speed isn't an issue. Not all employees…

This has been a game changer for our shop!!

Everything! It is an extremely user friendly application which lets you perform many functions quickly, such as tracking customer feedback/complaints for our fleet service centre or managing time off requests for other field teams - this has been made very easy by being able to set up custom rules straight away without having anyone teaching me how they work (which may have taken hours!). The system also reminds of customers if their services are coming close so that there can be no surprises…

  • The ease of using the software and the ability for the techs to perform their jobs better and faster
Cons
  • I do not think there is anything I would change about it
