I have three different PWC trailers (Triton, Seadoo and Yamaha) and the bolts are too short for all of them. The screws are listed as 1-5/8" and are. But if you use the included washer you only get a usable screw length of 1-1/2" because the washer is 1/8" thick . Seadoo trailer and Yamaha are 1-1/2" thick and my Triton trailer is 2" thick. To make matters worse the bolts are metric (8mm x 1.25) so none of my SAE Bolts fit with the nuts provided I have to fit my own bolts and nuts I paid extra for stainless steel nuts and bolts but can't use any of them Why did they use bolts that are so short The recoil spring is too weak so it doesn't fully retract which is why S-shaped hooks sound when trailer is turned off after unloading jet skis Very annoying Concept is good but execution leaves a lot to be desired.
