Review on Enhanced Motorcraft DY1164 Throttle Position Sensor by Julian Perkins

** update (4 months later) my mustang is NOT idling - it works! **I have used this product on a 2008 Mustang GT and my initial thoughts are positive although they are slightly different when compared to the original: this product is more rectangular while the GT's is slightly narrower. I decided to install it after looking closely and after installing it the knocking was gone. I tested the Mustang and successfully passed the acceleration and idling tests. The product did what it was supposed to do and also came in official Ford sealed packaging with instructions. See photos for comparison with the original sensor.
