Moog K500066 Fits Steering & Suspension Tools
Comes with new bolts (standard type, no heads with washers), castle nut, cotter pin and oiler. The pivot was a bit damp so I filled it with high pressure/temp grease and it still works fine. Also bought K500067, both installed on IS300 2004.
