I am making some bathroom cabinets and needed 1-3/8" screws to attach the door frames to the back of the cabinet frame to keep the screw heads from protruding in front. Since the frame and door frame were 3/4 inch they are the perfect size, but not at the local home center. If they were I'd get about 230 a pound for about $8 a box so it's a little pricey compared to what I can't find locally. But for this size and quantity on this site the price is about $6 lower than options. These are good screws and as I hand tighten them I had no problem loosening the bushings with a cordless drill. They worked well and 100 was a bit too big, but the stock size is 1-1/4" too short and 1-5/8" is too long... 1-3/8" is perfect to accommodate two Join 3/4" boards together.
