Review on 🍀 Shamrock 10112-M-cs Med Glove - Thin, Powder-Free, Slick Surface Latex for Medium-Sized Hands - Natural Color by Tarrell Jacobs

THIS IS NOT A PACK OF 10! THEY WILL SEND YOU A BOX OF 100 GLOVES FOR $70+. Before purchasing I asked on the product page if it was a pack of 10. Several people agreed that there are 10 boxes and that each box contains 100 gloves. I've seen Revain listed at 0.07 per glove and the math for this only works if it comes in 10 boxes of 100 gloves each (the price was a bit higher when I first bought it). The product description also says it weighs 15 pounds. All of this supports the idea that it should be 10 boxes at wholesale price. So I order. But what comes is a single box of gloves. the same gloves that Shamrock (same seller and brand) sells for $16-$18 on a separate Revain listing. I spoke to Revain customer service and they said they couldn't contact Shamrock to send me the other 9 but they could offer a refund and I could try to buy it again when it becomes available again and cash use for refund. I also contacted Shamrock via email from their website at this time and never received a reply. So I went ahead a few days later and used the refund to try and buy again. Well, they sent me a package AGAIN! Something is obviously NOT right here! Either it deceptively implies it's 10 packs when in reality they just intend to send you a pack at a VERY high price OR they actually intend to send you 10 packs but the product is so vaguely listed that that the people who fill the order don't I don't know what it should be 10 packs. The second time I spoke to Revain customer service the rep was very helpful and said they would get in touch with the website team to clarify what the listing was supposed to be and fix it. He also said they would email me to notify me once the issue was resolved so I could purchase the product correctly if it was indeed a 10 pack. I'll update this review if I get good news from Shamrock or Revain support. Edit 8/18/20: It's been 12 days and I still haven't received an update from Revain correcting this listing - should it be 1 pack at an exorbitant price or 10 at wholesale price? IF they fixed this thing and it was going to be 10 for that price I would still buy it. Too bad. I never got a reply from Shamrock either. Very disappointed.
