I like how easy it is! If there's an issue, we can usually figure out what needs fixed without much difficulty - sometimes just by talking with our sales person about their previous experience using this software as compared against others in use at other locations of ours across Canada (I think?). It has really helped us improve efficiency within all aspects of running retail greenhouse businesses; from product stocking procedures/inventory control through pricing &ampnbsp;and customer service issues etc., We have been able manage these areas better than before because they are now more organized so less time spent looking things up or having them left undone due poor organization practices previously used.
