
The system is very easy to use once you get it setup correctly with your providers office software such as Centricity/Sage Health etc...it works well for that but doesn't support all 3rd party applications out there so I have had some issues trying other programs like Practice Fusion where we are seeing less than ideal results in our flow of information from provider notes through billing cycles (sometimes). So far everything has been good though! We've started using this more recently after looking at many different options when integrating into Sage health center products which was not working properly due too much variability within each product line regarding how they handle certain types documents - whether text fields were populated by default upon creation vs user adding them themselves versus no populating option available if needed.
