Review on 🏠 Programmable Smart Thermostat for Home - 3rd Generation Nest Thermostat - Works with Alexa - Stainless Steel - Google Nest Learning Thermostat by Terry Myers

Bought 1 year ago and the thermostat has been great so far. It no longer provides enough voltage to the air conditioner and the air conditioner stops working. Had to call an HVAC technician to see what was wrong and they diagnosed and confirmed the problem was with the Nest (plugged in a different thermostat and it worked fine, also connected the wires directly and the system worked fine). I'm not sure if this is the result of a firmware update or not. However, trying to get help from Nest support has been put on hold for hours and tried multiple times - they are useless. However, the support from Revain has been great!
