Update: Contacted support again They blame end users when machines overlap filament and spool gets stuck. You really have to try hard to figure it out. The customer service is worse than the product. Update: I emailed the seller, left this review and messaged directly. Got a response to my review after doing all these things to contact the seller for a solution (already had and was still waiting most of the week for them to actually reply, could have responded to my review to try to be responsive) Response from The Seller said he looked at the photos and saw no tangles. So be careful! The product is not supported by the seller! Judging by the pictures, my spool was not suitable with this material. Pay attention to the product and the seller. Confusing mess! Get ready to relax and rewind on another reel, this stuff tangles deeply and gets worse the further you go! a filament break in my extruder whenever, whenever I've been busy for hours, so I never caught it. As a good consumer I assumed it was my fault and tried my Ender 3 Pro and had issues with it with no apparent clue as to what caused it. Well after a few days of failed printing and a lot of wasted filament I've found the problem, this is so poorly packaged, so many disappointments! Either skip it or get ready to flip it!
