It provides me with all of my email lists from one platform. I really like how they have created different templates for each list based off where it is being used (Campaigns/Contacts). Sometimes there can be some lag time when creating an individualized template depending on what type of file you are using, but this will eventually get fixed! If you want to use a single software system that allows you to track multiple types of data through out your organization then go ahead and give them a try! You won't regret it! They provide us with our lead gen database, campaign databases, contact files, as well as mailing addresses.
