I like how easy it is for my employees (and me) when we have questions or concerns about something they've brought in from their customers - especially if there's an issue that needs immediate attention! There isn't much of anything i dislike but maybe just having too many options? It would be nice not only being able fix minor things right away BUT also getting feedback as well!!
