This product is a good idea in theory, I use to carry around a collapsable bowl and a waterbottle when we went on long walks and wanted something easier. The seal on the top part isn't as tight as I had hoped but it typically doesn't leak unless held upside down which is how you have to hold it to let your dog drink from the dip. In a backpack it's a nice addition but trying to carry around a big waterbottle while out on a walk around the block is a little annoying, I wish it had a strap to attatch it to things, even just hanging from my wrist would be nice. My dog also required a little bit of training, i had to put peanut butter on the dip so that he'd know he could drink from it, otherwise he wasn't using it naturally dispite there being water. I do like how you can have the left over water go back into the bottle, very useful cause I never know how much my dog will actually drink and the bottle design is really cute! I don't regret my purchase, I still use the bottle often, just trying to be honest.
