I absolutely LOVE my Instant Pot and am so excited about this new product from them. I pressure cook all the time because it saves time and is incredibly useful in a pinch. I also have my own brazier, but I don't use it that often because I'm always afraid of screwing something up. I tried it for the first time yesterday as soon as I got it and I really like that I can just set it and forget it. I cooked the roast using the recipe book that came with it and it turned out perfect just by programming the device! I look forward to using this again over the holidays! I also have to thank you for the cool packaging!
