I like that we can have access from anywhere at anytime with our mobile devices (IOS or Android). The system is very user friendly for all levels within my organization - including customers! It's easy enough even if you are not familiarized wth SAP software but it has some learning curve when using first time which takes sometime so be patient as this will get easier once used more often than just during training sessions. We use qSee mostly internally where customer service reps answer calls via chatbot application integrated into their phone app while they work remotely through video conferencing applications such us Zoom & Teams etc., however sometimes there may need assistance form someone who works physically near them since remote employees don't always know what exactly needs attention most urgently due lack physical presence around client location / office space.
