Review on 🔒 Dorman Fuel Pump Lock Ring 579-014 by John Hall

3.5 stars. The quality of this seal is good/excellent. The problem I had was that one of the holes was off. I twisted and turned the spacer several times to every possible position, but still didn't get perfect alignment. Four of the holes were lined up and the fifth was offset a few millimeters or 3/16 inch. I used an Xacto knife to widen a hole and then the spacer was fine. The screws worked fine. As a result, the seal worked, but not without changes. My particular application was a 1992 Toyota 4x4 pickup with a 3.0 v6 engine.
