I gave it four stars because it's the current average and I didn't want to change the current consensus on what seems reasonable for you I'm buying it for the HTC Vive, not for the HTC Vive Pro. The front panel of the professional model is slightly wider. Installing it on the Pro leaves a lot of visible plastic and makes the nose room too small, which is pretty impractical. I also found the reduced size made my glasses uncomfortable inside. I've played with both pros and non-pros, and my glasses had no issues with either, as if you had a pro headset with a non-pro faceplate. For the pros, it would be nice to see the following two changes. 1) Marking centered to facilitate correct positioning during installation. 2) Two-sided cut-out for one hand on glasses. I have attached three pictures. 1) The original Vive Pro pad placed on this non-professional pad is slid over the ruler. 2) This pad is set to Professional. Note the left and right sides and the distance between the lugs.3) My original HTC Vive Pro face pad, perfect fit and very comfortable.
