Mainly for abs in my review

I really like it is sturdy and has a little monitor that helps me keep track of some of my exercises. However it’s always at an incline. So I would mainly use it for ab exercise.

Comfortable padding supports proper form during exercises

Cons

The bench may be too narrow for some individuals
