Very well made product. If you need a constant preset DC voltage for your manufacturer applications, this will work. Minimal tension drift and not too temperamental adjusting screw. Several turns are required to set the output voltage levels. The design of the circuit board and the assembly of the components are of a high standard. It has very detailed touches such as the board vias are ground and the input and output voltage ranges are screen printed on the bottom. Potentiometer direction instruction for potentiometer only displayed in gold? track so that it cannot be deleted. All mounting holes on the board are armored (grounded). The width between the mounting holes also conforms to the Arduino mounting specs. If you have thousands of dollars worth of devices that depend on a preset voltage, this high-quality voltage regulator adds another layer of insurance against potential over-voltage damage. Update: The above review was written for the DROK LM2596 submersible gold voltage regulator. This review is currently under a different product heading. My comments only apply to the Immersion Gold version. Update 2: Ordered 2 more versions of the Immersion Gold only to find that both were missing the adjustable potentiometer! They only regulate a fixed 12 volt output with a resistor soldered in place of the pot, but the site says they have an imported BI potentiometer.
