This USB adapter is surprisingly good for the price. While this is an easy fix for setting up a USB port for my phone, the quality of all the components seems pretty good. I was able to connect the first cable directly to my battery (under the seat like most bikes do) and the cable was long enough to go under the tank to the front of the tank where the connector is easily accessible . From now on I have the option of hot-plugging a second cable, which is a USB connector. That way I don't drain the battery unnecessarily. I appreciated that each of the end caps was capped to keep moisture and dirt out. The cable connected to the battery also supports the cable connection for my charger. So I don't even have to remove the seat to connect the charger.
