Yes, they work and there are no leakage problems for at least 24 hours. BUT not as good as plastic.1. Diets are a bit more difficult to stir due to the coarser material, I tended to slosh diet bits out of the cup the harder I stirred. Smooth plastic cups make mixing easier.2. Similarly, the rougher material makes some of the protrusions a bit more difficult to insert and pull out (sometimes you have to push them in). Plastic cups are easier to insert and remove.3. Then there is the obvious, they cannot be reused.
