I've been making CD media for 24 years now, these Taiyo Yuden/Victor Advanced CDs sold under the JVC brand are the best ones I have ever used. Recommended for storing audio or data. If you think that optical media is still the best option for long-term media storage (it is) and you're looking for a CD format, this is for you. Silver lacquered base. Keep them clean, store them properly and protect them from the sun and they will last a long time. Zero coasters with over 140 burns. I wish I would have thought of finding such quality 15 years ago. Worth the premium price in my opinion. Made in Japan, not China!
