This pan was fairly easy to clean. While not as non-stick as I had hoped, it was a bit difficult to clean. I seasoned it properly in addition to the book, I also posted it on YouTube and seasoned it exactly as advertised and it still wasn't as non-stick as I was hoping because it was difficult to clean.
