Comfort and fit are my biggest concerns, followed immediately by the durability of the elastics. With this knee orthosis, all my fears were satisfied. Comfortable to wear, if the straps are adjusted correctly, it stays in place even when climbing stairs or constantly kneeling while working. The straps retained their elasticity after daily use for two and a half months, which is longer than other knee pads that have come and gone in my kit. Could use a little more padding if you have to kneel all day, but I'm used to that after a hard few days at work.
