Review on GMC Acadia 2017-2020 📦 New Envelope Trunk Cargo Net by Mark Howard

Just received the luggage net. Installation took about 20 minutes, so everything is very simple. I would recommend a design change and two installation changes as follows: first a design change, at the end remove the stitched pocket. I like it, I'm sure a lot of people attach a net and when not needed unhook one end and flip the net over to the other side so it doesn't get in the way. We don't get it. If someone needs a bag, just send it without attachment. Secondly regarding the installation. In other reviews I've seen someone mention that the screw/bolt was fitted to the hook in reverse order. I agree. The shorter threaded end needs to be inserted into the car as it only needs to penetrate 1/16 inch of the plastic before threading onto the nut. The longer threaded end should go through the thicker washer and into the plastic hook. This provides more thread to grab the hook. Third, the instructions say to use a 5/16 bit, a 1/4" bit will do if you center on the car mark. Overall looks like fine mesh and I would order again if needed, thanks.
