This is the BEST comfortable underwear, especially for the hot summer months. The overall material is very light but still has a cotton quality (instead of weird shiny stuff). Then there are transparent areas on the side. Oh my gosh! Do you know that feeling when you sweat a lot, your underwear sweats, especially on the sides? Maybe not, but I know. The striped transparent part completely solves this problem. I actually wish this part was a bit wider towards the crotch, but it's still awesome. I bought these before traveling to Japan for three weeks in July, where it's disgustingly hot and muggy almost every day (but I wanted to go and it's the only month I could). They were way cooler than my usual cotton shorts. I have purchased three more packs and may purchase more if they are ever discontinued.
