Review on 🚲 Swagman Deluxe Bike Rack - RV Approved and Fits Around Spare Tires by James Trapkin

So far I'm very impressed with this bike rack. Note that we haven't loaded any bikes on it yet, so my review will focus on the construction and ease of assembly. I will update the information after we load the bike for our next trip. I needed a bike rack that would be stable and not bounce when attached to the bumper at the back of our RV. I've seen some mount via a standard hitch type adapter, but in practice they tend to rock back and forth in the receiver. They also hop a lot when traveling. The style of the Swagman RV Around The Spare bike rack and the way it attached to the square bumper was eye catching. There seemed to be more stability. And so it is! I am very happy with this stand. It is extremely stable and adapts to the spare wheel without rubbing or squeezing. If we had to access the spare you would remove the bikes, remove the two pins holding the vertical arms and free them. You don't need to remove the base of the stand, so you can access it easily. I like the rubber triangular bike mounts (2 per bike) that come factory installed. They hold the bike's bar and each bracket has two strong rubber bands. They seem like a very safe way to secure any bike to prevent bouncing while riding. I will update the information after our next trip. This bicycle carrier is very solid, very well made and well thought out down to the last detail. I also think it's worth the money compared to others I've researched.
