The Roku soundbar is a great value and combines Roku features with a great sounding soundbar that can be heard very clearly over a large radius and quite a distance from an enclosed garage lol . Connectivity issues are the only negative thing about this device. If you have a TV with an HDMI ARC connection, everything runs smoothly. If you don't, just use a regular HDMI connector and choose not to have an ARC connector during setup. During setup, Roku will ask you to select your TV's connection version, for LG it's Simplink so the Roku remote controls the TV's functions. We've had the same issues as many other people, where whatever you do, you tap on a channel and go back to the Roku home screen. Tried reboot with no success. Tried a factory reset with no success. Tried clearing all channels, rebooting, then reading all channels to no avail. Nothing worked except bluetooth to phone, it has been like this for over a week now! Today we went through all the settings, stumbled on a click, turned it on then off again, back to the main screen and clicked the channel - it finally worked! Turned Roku off and on again, it still works! So if in doubt, go into settings and disable 1-click remote and it should work. I suspect if you already have a TV that allows the Roku remote to control it, Roku will be confused with the option enabled - good luck!
