Vinyl and stitching are too weak. The thickness is equivalent to a float for an average quality pool but clearly not enough for a punching bag (which only our 8 year old uses). We are now at division number 2 on the seam going top to bottom. I was able to fix the last one with vinyl/inflatable glue but I have a feeling it will hold. I would suggest looking elsewhere if your child is around 5-6 years old or older and especially if you are a re-adult wanting to use this. The problem is that the size is bigger for a bigger kid or for small adults.
