The system was easy enough for my staff to learn how to use without any previous experience with electronic medical record systems. I like that it offers more than one way to view records depending if you're logged into your own account or not. Some things are hard to find when searching records from within another person's accounts. If the user isn't logged in, they have no access at all so finding past patient records can be difficult as well. We were able to easily create new provider profiles and assign them to patients allowing us to quickly get started taking over existing practices.
