Garbage. The thin, brittle plastic belt loop breaks easily, often tightening the belt with the tape measure. The pencil sharpener is a cheap plastic sharpener that just glues into place; You cannot sharpen a pencil while your tape is on the clip as the shavings cannot fall off. A pencil holder will work, but only if you always use the same size pencil and it's easy to break. There's a reason it's only $2, but even $2 is way overpriced for what you get.
