Good general purpose filter that maintains high vacuum levels
I prefer these to blue "HEPA" filters which clog quickly and limit vacuum suction. I also use them with a bag to catch more particles and it's a lot easier to detach the bag and dump out the fine sawdust or drywall particles and the like. The two-part package was fine as it gave me the filter I needed plus a backup filter. As a side note, Ridgid "HEPA" filters are not considered true HEPA filters for the purposes of lead paint regulations and I would not use them with a Ridgid vacuum when working with asbestos.
